Basically a handlebar mounted tray :)
In a similar fashion to a handlebar mouse ted phone holder, this is basically a similar shaped but larger device for holding various things, on a stationary bike - It should be obvious but this is indoors only, stuff will fall off if used not he roads!I can fit on my TV remote, the remote for my cooling far, my phone on a little prop stand and headphones, as that's what I commonly need to hand when I am doing indoor training on Zwift or similar. It's a really simple solution to having a little table next to the bike that makes things easier to get hold of without having to drastically change your position.Really useful, the only thing I would say is I have the larger 31.8mm drop handle bars, and unless I missed something in the packaging, you would struggle to but this on anything much smaller...using the rubber seal thing these only just got tight enough to stay stable on the thicket part of my bars. If you are using a MTB or something with slimmer bars, you may have to faff to get a fit, but for me it was close but perfect.

An easy-to-install and very versatile phone tray specifically for use on exercise bikes...
The “Exercise Bike Phone Holder Mount Tray” from “CyclingDeal” is a relatively easy-to-install and versatile handlebar mounted tray that’s specifically designed to hold various sized phones and other such electrical devices.Installing the mounted tray is pretty straight forward. However, you need to ensure your handlebars are between 32mm – 40mm in diameter. To be honest, on our Spin Bike the preferred area for mounting it on was a tad narrower, therefore I had to add an additional layer of compressed foam to the bar to ensure this mount gripped it fine. This was fairly straightforward and worked a treat. The clasp which holds the mount onto your handlebars has a handy quick-release fastener which can be loosened or tightened by hand, making this very simple to quickly and easily reposition the mount should you want to.The tray itself is purposefully larger than you average mobile phone, being able to accommodate most if not all models and providing additional space for things like leads or earbuds etc. To can also position your phone both vertically and horizontally – slotting it between the raised sides when viewing your phone horizontally. The overall quality of the mount and tray is pretty good. It’s made almost entirely from injection moulded hard-plastic, with the odd metal screw or bolt here or there. The grip it has on your handlebars is also very good. I’ve used it now for a couple of weeks and haven’t seen it accidentally slip or slide across the handlebars at all whilst in use. It also keeps my phone nice and secure without too much motion or wobble.

Works well
For someone who would rather sit on their bum and watch YouTube videos instead of working out, this really helps. I can prop my phone up and use my wireless headphones and just slowly pedal until I wanna stop. Very handy indeed. Thick sturdy plastic material, comes with all the nuts, bolts & tools you need to put it together. My only issues are, the bit that goes on the handle bar is hard to gauge when its tight enough and the first time it popped out & fell off as I wasn't expecting it. My other issue is the part that you rest your phone on, it was hard getting it in the pictures positions because it moves around whilst putting the back on. Other than that, definitely recommend it you struggle excercising for similar reasons.

Nice if you don’t need fine adjustments
Love the tray size, it will fit big phones with room to spare. There is 2 movable joint which allows multiple mounting position vertically or horizontally. The spin/turn of the tray is via teeths tighten down and clamps together with the mount. Once tighten with the screw at the underside you will not be able to turn or adjust. Each teeth is 3-4 degree which means the tray will not be totally horizontal and always be slightly off.All adjustments are made via screws on the under side, once tighten there is no wobble or movements even with rigorous work out.

Fits Peleton perfectly
Really easy to put on, it will fit in a few places which gives it good flexibility. Feels pretty solid. One thing I did really like is that it's got a lip on it which keeps the phone really stable but also allows for a charging cable at the same time.Fits really well but at 19.98 at time of purchase, that's quite a lot for a phone holder. So one star off.

Easy to fit
Really easy to fit, it will fit on several places on the bike which makes it versatile, fairly robust. It has a lip around it which adds to the stability of the phone and you can still charge the phone. The only thing i would say is that it was a bit expensive for a phone holder.

Handy phone holder for exercises
I actually managed to clamp it to my treadmill, it does hold the phone in place so it does the done job at hand my treadmill is quite steady so my phone was in place for the duration of my exercise. The arm revolves and also the phone bit can be placed in 2 spots so gives option if space is an issue .

Good product
I am able to use for intended use.And exactly how described. However it is a tiny bit wobbly despite screwing it as tight as I can.
