Q: do you wear regular underwear under these as well? I'm just thinking that these are so expensive to wash everyday...?

I do not wear regular underwear, but I do wear a pad. I wash them on the hand wash cycle and hang them to dry. They hold up really well, but I have noticed some of the stitching starting to come apart where the silicone strip is located. These panties have been so wonderful after this c-section. This is my second cesarean and I don't know how I made it without them the first time. I would recommend getting the 2 pack.

Q: I'm 10 weeks postpartum but my belly is not shrinking so I wanted to get this to hopefully help. Is it too late for this to do any good? Thanks!

I would not recommend these to help with shrinking. I would try a more structured corset.
