Comes with bones and guts and scale straight from the sea, you have to clean it

Fresh and delicious
Took a while to defrost so my advice is to open the packet before you pop in the fridge. Fresh and very tasty. A little pricey though

Full of sand
The flavour of the scallops was lovely, fresh and sweet as expected. Unfortunately, they were full of sand, and no matter how much we rinsed or prepared them, that gritty texture remained. It really took away from the enjoyment. Such a shame, as the quality otherwise seemed great. I won’t be purchasing again.
