Q: Can you purchase additional blue butterfly levers? The ones I purchased a year or two ago did not come with them

I have no idea what a Blue Butterfly Lever is. I have used these listed items in the photo however, and they work great. Heavy quality and reliable.

Q: Does it hold up or break in freezing temperatures?

No valve or pipe can withstand freezing water. Freezing water will burst any pipe or valve or fixture, the pressure is tremendous. Must drain all water before a freeze.

Q: Not full bore? why do you lie and why are anwers wrong? clearly from photos, not full bore!

As far as I know I have not lied about any answers I've given. What is clearly from photo's, not full bore mean?

Q: Can I attach it directly to the outdoor faucet and use the valve for a small steady drip when it's below 32 degrees?

I have not tested it at freezing temperatures. That is nearly impossible to find in Florida, even in the winter. But I would expect the 304 stainless steel will not have any problems at freezing. That said, I dont know what material the ball valve is made of or the ball valve seal. I could not determine the composition of either components from the suppliers information. The ball valve appears to also be made of stainless steel but that is just my best assumption. Would recommend that you contact Beduan directly.
