Looked great when it came, but broke the second time my daughter wore it. She was so bummed. It didn’t even get hooked on anything so I am very disappointed with the quality.Update: After the review, I was contacted by the company with an apology and immediately sent a new necklace. My daughter is thrilled! Hoping this one lasts a long time to come. Appreciate the great customer service!

Loved the message on the necklace and thought it it was a perfect gift. The chain is very delicate and a little difficult to clasp would be my only complaint.

Loved message. Very pretty pearl. Very fragile for child. Returned but reordered because she wanted same necklace. Am disappointed that is so fragile but granddaughter loved it. Hope this one does not break. She felt like it was "her fault" it broke. Was sad she became upset about it breaking. Think it should be a little sturdier for child. Beautiful message and packaging. I would have paid more for beautiful necklace and packaging for a stronger necklace.

Got this for my daughter's junior high graduation. She loved it. It fit perfect. I do find it delicate and the ball to adjust the chain length is questionable, but it held up for the event and she loved it.
