As advertised, the product seemed very good. However, upon opening and attempting to use it, I encountered some issues. Firstly, the product should have stated that it was not compatible with the Atomstack A12 laser model from the same manufacturer. The supports for lifting the laser ended up trapping the belts underneath, rendering the laser unusable. Additionally, I ended up marking my machine, peeling off the varnish, which left me very frustrated. After installation, using two shoe boxes to lift the laser, I couldn't achieve a clean job because the motors were too fast and ended up losing the object's position. I tried a very low speed, and still couldn't maintain the original position of the object; the roller motor remains too fast. I tried on glasses and pens, but the writing came out crooked. The connections could also be easier, connecting to the front input, instead of connecting directly to the laser motor cable. In my opinion, the product has too many workarounds to achieve something perfect.
