Would someone explain why this one is labeled "Light" compared to the one that is not labeled "light",...but also contains 28 strains?

Prescript Assist and Prescript Assist Light are exactly the same microflora from Safer Medical of Montana. They both contain 28 strains of beneficial microflora. The difference between the two is the serving size weight. While Prescript Assist is a 620mg capsule, Prescript Assist Light is a 310mg capsule without a pea protein.
 Prescript Assist Light was developed from customer feedback like yours who can not take a pea protein, and take only half a capsule, also would like to give it to their children.

The older labels showing 29 microbes are being phased out, and the new labels showing 28 microbes will replace the older label.
