Q: Will this stay adhered to a carpet "roll?" i'm looking to use it for a large temporary carpet rug that i roll up after every use. any issues?

I don’t know about rolling it up regularly. After I installed the edge banding I rolled it up until it could be placed on the floor where it would stay and had no problems.

Q: What is the measurement of margin of this product extending the edge of carpet?

Q: Would this work on a rug that gets wet?

It should - at least for a time. The fabric wouldn't be the problem, it's the glue that might wear out. I wouldn't use it on an outdoor rug - nothing that gets soaked frequently. Some wet feet should be no problem. Hope this helps.

Q: Is it possible to bind just one side of the rug

You bind around the outside edge of the rug, not the top or bottom.
