The media could not be loaded. Better than other laser. Like algo, daja and even xtool. Lightweight and very durable. It is felt on its build. No burrs and kinks. No dents at all. The packaging is very secure. All parts seems to be made and manufactured with high quality production. Cut quality, paint, assembly and appearance feels and looks very premium.User friendly with lots of video tutorials online.Would highly recommend this ortur product

Very good
Extremely good laser, very good durable construction of the assembly fantastic little tool. It's expensive but you get what you pay for this is the most bang for the buck if u can't afford a 3000$ one. Love it I've used it a few times to make some things for myself but it's the best laser for the money I bought a different brand laser not going to say which one but it was not the best didn't even engrave same wattage. I returned it and bought this one after asking on reddit for suggestions if I had to buy another one and I could afford to spend thousands it would be xtool but this brand is the best for price point. Love it and will continue to use it till it dies. Would buy another one this brand has very easy software to use with it but you must wear the glasses they give you or you WILL destroy your eyes.

POOR customer service
Poor customer support. Support emails read like they are written by AI.Initially I really like this machine. I liked the quality of engraving. Within a year the laser stopped moving on the y axis. After emailing support, the company sent me a new cable for the y axis and laser worked again. It has stopped moving on the y axis again. After emailing back and forth with support, the company sent me a new Y cable that took over a week to arrive. It did not work this time. They asked me to redownload the firmware and do a factory reset. I did, that did not work either. I emailed the company again letting them know this did not fix the problem. After 2 more emails and waiting for 7 days I finally got a response to perform a test on the y motor that they already had me do. I went ahead and tested the y motor again which still works (when used with the x axis cable). I emailed support again and received an automatic return email that the company is closed from January 21 through February 12 for the Chinese new year holiday. Support takes at least 2 days to return a response. I will be ordering a different laser, but one from a company that has a much better support department.

Takes some patience, but works great once you figure it out
The patience part: First off, there are plenty of reviews complaining about connection to the free APP. I had trouble at first, but found a couple of things that make the difference. 1. The network MUST be 2.4Ghz. I tried a dedicated router at first (2.4 Ghz), and found it conflicted with my regular network. 2. When the instructions say to press the button 5 times to enter the discovery mode for the WiFi, you need to press 5 times fast, as in less than 2 seconds. After that, no issues with the app running on an Ipad and running the machine. Assembly is a bit beyond basic skills IMO, as you need to properly tension drive belts and properly route and connect wires.Good part: I got a bundle with metal cards, wooden tags and nickels, coasters, etc. I have never used a laser machine before, but quickly found the APP sets up easily just by selecting the material. I etched some of the cards and wood parts. Changing the number of passes will cut deeper into the wood.Tips: I have my machine on a work table with a "luxury vinyl" planked top. I was having trouble aligning the print job to be square and straight. I 3D printed some rings that were then nailed to the work table, with the machine feet sitting inside the rings. This means the machine doesn't move. Then I let the laser etch the size of the metal business card (so far) right into the table top surface. As long as I place my job in the same place in the app, I can just sit that metal card right on the spot marked by the machine. For other things where squareness isn't an issue, just place it on the rubber mat included in the bundle. FYI, don't try to cut circuit boards, they put off toxins. I would suggest not even using this in the house if you have other options. For my first LASER machine, I am very happy with it so far.
