Q: What does limited edition mean for color choices? The photos looks the same to me.

The ones I received were 1 set clear/whitish and 1 set clear/blueish. Would have preferred being able to specify same color for both sets.

Q: Are these 100% food grade silicone? i.e. no fillers?

I don't know how to tell if there are fillers or not, but I doubt that they would be able to sell them as covers for food containers to store in the refrigerator if they weren't 100% food grade. I've used mine just for that and so far, so good.

Q: Are these recyclable?

If they ever break or stop working, it's great to think about its eventual and of life. Silicone is not typically recyclable in most mixed-recycling facilites, though every region is different. You'll have to contact your local hauler. If it's destined for landfill, know that it is still a better alternative than the same plastic version of the product. It does not break down as much as plastics so it is unlikely to absorb toxins and leech microplastics into the environment as its plastic counterpart could. IF this is food or medical grade silicone.

Q: Are they large enough to fit a 13x9 pyrex pan?

No. Lid shape is round v.s. pans square shape. Also those dimensions are too large for this lid.
