These Genuine Bosch injectors have been completely rebuilt with brand new, Germany-manufactured Monark (or Monarch depending on who you ask) nozzles which are premium nozzles that outperform others, especially when running alternative fuels.
I've dismantled and rebuilt over 150 sets of these injectors. All cleaning and polishing of internal parts was completed in a highly sterile shop using all brass tools to prevent any scoring. The outside of the injector bodies are clean and inspected for cracks. All are 100% functional.
All injectors are balanced at pop pressure of 1950 psi (135 bar) for turbo vehicles or 1670 psi (115 bar) for non-turbo applications according to service manual specifications. On top of injectors that are ready to go, the correct heat shield washers are included along with a length of fuel injector return line which should be replaced every time you do a job like this.

One fuel injector (135 bar / 1950 psi) and heat shield for 1977-1985 Diesel Mercedes OM616 & OM617 turbo engines. If you order a set 5 injectors, I will also include the fuel return line as pictured in the supplemental images. If less than 5 injectors are ordered, this will not be included. These were rebuilt with genuine Monark #261 nozzles from Germany. These are superior to the current Bosch nozzles that most parts warehouses carry. Highly recommended.
