Wonderful ✨
This was a lifesaver after my cat had surgery to remove a soft tissue sarcoma. He had an 11” incision and a drain placed afterward. I was given strict orders to not let him lick or mess with incision site and he had a cone placed and was told to keep it on 24/7. He threw himself around and fought with the cone for so long. I was scared he was going to Injure himself or open his sutures. Also he wasn’t able to eat on his own bc of the cone design so I would have to have feeding times when he was used to eating when he wanted to. Not to mention it messing with his peripheral vision and him having to turn his neck In odd ways just to see. He was miserable. Then a friend suggested I try a soft cone and I found this one in my searches. Game changer!!! He can eat and drink on his own and when he wants to. And he can see and have normal range of motion. And the design doubles as a cute lil pillow when he lays down. He is soooo much more comfortable and relaxed which in turn made me relax more. I initially bought a medium due to his weight but one day I saw that if he twisted his body just right he almost was able to reach his incision site as it begins thigh level so I got the large bc the cloth part had a slightly greater width and it was all the difference we needed. Now it’s perfect and I don’t have to worry about him getting to the area!! Love it!! I tighten the string and tie it like shoe laces and he hasn’t been able to get out. Barely has tried I think bc it’s so comfy. So thankful I found this product bc I didn’t know how we were going to make it two weeks with the plastic cone.

SAVED MY CAT DURING HIS NEUTERING COMPLICATIONS… GET THIS! DITCH THE CONE.
Thank God for this flower cone. I got my 8 month old kitten neutered and he HATED the fabric, old styled cone. He thrashed around and did more damage by bunny kicking it off, before aggressively licking his surgery area.GET THE MEDIUM SIZE! It’s perfect. Unless you have a very small cat. My cat is 8 mo old flame point Siamese and almost 12 pounds. He seems “big” but he’s not fat or large. The medium size was the PERFECT length for him to protect his privates while not being ‘overly’ big. He is now resting much more comfortably and not trying to remove it as much as the old cone that he could barely see out of.A tip is to get a breakaway collar and put on the inside, near the face, not the backend, before the cone goes on. I purchased a silcone breakaway collar to help keep the flower cone from being easily removed. So grateful for this product. I had to stay up and monitor my cat with the previous old fabric cone on because he was determined to get it off. He’s much more settled now thanks to this.

Great alternative to plastic collar!
My female cat had a cystotomy and I was advised to keep her plastic cone/e-collar on for two weeks until they remove sutures. My cat was having a really hard time eating and drinking with it on, and not to mention getting kitty litter in her cone. I bought this to try instead and it was shipped quickly. It made a huge difference! She seems much more relaxed with this collar. She is around 10 lbs and size medium fit well over her head and you can tighten it. It is soft and she was able to sleep with it on much easier than the plastic cone. It’s like a built in pillow. The only negatives are that it was shipped in a cardboard box which seems unnecessary, and if you have a ninja cat they may be able to reach to lick their body. The first time I put it on, my cat was almost able to lick her back. I tightened it and she hasn’t tried to lick since then. Buy a bigger size if you are concerned about this. Also, the string is annoying but I tied it in a bow and it seems to be out the way now.Another side note, I bought this as well as a cat surgery suit/onsie. While it fit my cat fine and helped prevent her from licking sutures, she could not walk around well in it and did not feel comfortable going to the bathroom. So this collar was a winner for me.Thank you for making this and making my cat’s post surgery process so much less stressful!

Perfect for the fussy cat! (No more cone of shame!)
Perfect for the fussy cat ! I got my 8month old Siamese kitty neutered and she FREAKED out with the cone of shame for a whole day before I got this lovely plush collar . She loved it because it didn’t cover her ears and she could still rub against walls and use her litter with no problem . No more cone anxiety ! She also uses it as a nice pillow for when she sleeps ! The only issue is the food situation . I’d say use hard food while using this collar as wet food will dirty it quickly (you can see in the picture where it got dirty from the wet food) . Easy to put on . Just had to tie a couple knots in the laces so it didn’t drag (she kept playing with the dangling laces cus it touched her legs) . If your cat is SUPER bendy or is a long cat , I would watch out for them since this is more like a plush pillow so it bends and folds and they can reach places they shouldn’t . It also won’t work for cats who have ear/eye/face issues since they can still scratch their neck, face, and ears while using this . Overall , great product for the newly neutered/spayed !
