These work so well. I have terrible anxiety, mostly social anxiety. I can barely function in a group setting. I had been taking these for a while when our boss announced our mandatory community service event was scheduled for the following week. In the past these events have paralyzed me with fear and dread. It’s noticeable to everyone so much so that I’m often advised to get some drugs like Xanax beforehand. I don’t like taking prescription drugs, the side effects are worse than the original problem. But this time I was oddly calm, I was not nervous about the event at all. When I got there I even acted like a normal person! I was able to hold a conversation with strangers and did not come home devastated afterwards. That was the first time I really noticed these pills were working. Then I realized I was falling asleep quicker, not staring at the ceiling for hours worrying about every little thing. My quality of life has greatly improved since taking these. There wasn’t an instant feeling of overwhelming happiness or anything but gradually I felt less anxious. I will keep taking these, no side effects except they do make me a little sleepy. I take them before bed.

I was never fond of taking supplements or oral medications. I hated the after taste of most tables/pills. But this on is different. They come in easy to swallow capsules and does not have any after taste.I have noticed a change in my mood and how I handle my everyday emotions. I usually tend to get stressed and overwhelmed with my children, especially since having to stay home for over 2 years now.When I took it the first time, I noticed I was more bubbly and what bothered me before, didn’t affect me as much.I’m getting up earlier in the mornings. Waking up more refreshed the morning after taking it. I can honestly say this product is WORKING for me! My husband who also has anxiety tried it and he had NO episodes or sweats or getting worked up! He could actually handle his day like a normal individual who doesn’t have anxiety would. A lot of the ingredients in this product I had been taking in multiple other supplements in an effort to manage recent anxiety and depression following a major loss/life event. I was impressed that this product had pretty much everything I was looking for in one. I suspect the Magnesium Oxide is causing a little bit of GI issues. I think this product over all is pretty effective for anxiety, I had been taking a Gaia product before this and I would say it is comparable. Not sure what bearing it’s having on the depression side though.

Good experience so far as I can definitely tell when I have missed a dose. I wish to keep taking to see what it will do long term. Sleeplessness has subsided. Where I see the best experience is when I wake up in the middle of the night. Before taking MOOD BOOSTER, my mind would just take off and I would have trouble falling back to sleep. Now, when I do get up in the middle of the night, falling back to sleep is easier as my mind seems more at ease if that makes sense. I got the tip on this product, (some of it's ingredients), from a friend who is seeing a Chiropractor at a wellness center - he is taking many of the supplements listed in MOOD BOOSTER. I am staying away from modern medicinal drugs and thought this would be worth a try. Glad I tried it!

I took only one dose of this supplement, and it caused a severe reaction. My eyes became dilated, I experienced intense stomach pain, and overall, I just didn’t feel right. After a bit of research, I realized that these symptoms could be signs of serotonin syndrome, which is a very serious condition. I can't believe something like this is on the market. I strongly advise against using this supplement. The risks are far too great.

This does relax and a feel of calmness. The only negative is the silicon dioxide.Not good. Look it up. If they take that out it would be legit.

Only on day two but it has helped a lot, my depression is gone. I have tried other herb and get either, migraines or stomach aches from the pills. But it is only day two but so far so good. I will check back in a week or so to give up dates. Always check out ingredients, as some can be toxic but this one seem safe so far. I dont trust all reviews as they can be faked but this so far is a good product for depression, it helped a lot on day but but day two is it still working with only two pills

I have been taking Mood Booster for a little over 3 weeks now and I can definitely tell you that it helped minimize my anxiety.Since 2020, I've had this constant battle with anxiety and panic attacks. And I have tried a few calming supplements but nothing worked like this one.The urge to drink alcohol is also lesser. I usually resort to drinking when you feel that the anxiety is starting to build up. I hate that feeling to be honest. So I am very thankful that this worked from the wat I hoped.I've researched all the ingredients before buying and so far, I've had no side effects. I previously had to take two supplements, Rhodiola and Magnesium. But this Mood Booster has both! That's another plus for me!I am highly recommending this product. Very convenient to take and great value for money.
