Bittersweet Memories: Off-Limits

I thought stolen moments was an emotional roller-coaster and that nothing could compare the passion of Dion & Faye or the faye of Ares & Raven I was so wrong!!Bittersweet Memories played my every emotional. I cried, I laughed and I yelled out loud. At time I was ready to Google the ending for spoilers. I could not wait to see how everything worked out and questioned if it would.This book puts the epic love story of Nicholas Sparks The Notebook in shadows.I have now officially read every book currently released by Catharina Maura. And I can't believe i waited so long to read this one.

That you just can not get out of your head. The enduring love that Silas has for Alanna is just chef’s kiss! If you are a hopeless romantic like myself then this book is it. It was well written, easy to follow and you connected with the characters immediately. Definitely one I could not put down! Catharina Maura does an awesome job at cultivating a wide variety of emotions in her readers: crying, laughing, annoyed, happy, heartbreak and betrayal. This book puts you through the ringer for sure! I also loved the redemption that not only Silas personally went through but also their relationship. This is the epic love story I was searching for. Highly recommend it! And look forward to reading more of this author’s work.

5⭐️ this might be my fave book in the entire series 😩 this was soo good. normally i’m not a past/present timeline lover, but this…was too good. the first couple of chapters had me smiling, giggling, and kicking my feet BECAUSE IT WAS TOO CUTE i love the entire plot if this book and “project sunshine” 🥹 i felt so many emotions while reading this, it was ridiculous. ALSO the truck in professor astor being alanna’s dad’s truck (?!?!) i would’ve never guessed in a million years. the cherry blossom tree, the letters and drawings, and him making every dream come true for alanna?!?! my standards FLEW through the roof when i read this. the spice was a 3🌶️ (the mirror…need i say more) bu mot only that the characters were equally amazing. alanna did piss me off but it was forgivable. silas, he was utter perfection. love this one!!

It’s been a while since I’ve gotten goosebumps reading a book and this books gave me goosebumps multiple times.Part one is a little slow moving but everything matters. Read it as the love story it is and it all comes together in the end.When there is spice, it is spicy, though it is not a lot. I will definitely read this again.

Excellent reading , great storyline & very interesting characters. I was seriously wondering if Alanna & Si would mange to overcome all f stay together.I nearly quit on this Book due to the random & often inappropriate f bombs. They were a distraction & did nothing to better the dialogue or story line. My only other problem was the inability to keep the ground out side & floors inside. It does matter in a romantic scene outdoors & he lays her on the floor or vice versa in that wonderful house & he pulls her to the ground x does his penthouse have dirt floors?

I never thought I would love a book more than the Windsor series. Boyyyy was I wrong. Bittersweet memories is such a beautiful story. My heart hurt for so long, and I was truly convinced the Catharina was going to continue to breath my heart, but boy did she mend it back together.

This is one of the best books I’ve ever read.Silas and Alanna’s story made me feel every emotion possible. Made me cry, smile, laugh, and dream.This story reminds me of why I love reading so much. To feel.

I love the series and this book included. My only issue is that it’s a little too long with the same love scenes. I love the love story of Silas and Alanna which made it difficult to put this book down. I highly recommend reading this book and the complete series. Now looking forward to my next one of this series.

I have definitely become Catharina’s number 1 fan, all the books I’ve read from her fulfilled all the tropes I’m looking for and the steaminess and angst in them are perfection. Cant wait to read them all

The characters were perfect, Silas was so sweet and the female character grew strong from the beginning to the end,Became my favorite from CM, can't wait to read all of her books

Loved the story line but I am unable to understand the reason for using words like "slut"! It just takes away the pure emotion from the writing.

A fantastic story line, really enjoyed this book.It's all go from beginning to end, I would have liked a further look into the future in the epilogue, but overall this is a page turner.definitely recommend reading.
