I started taking this Dr. Berg turmeric supplement and really like it so far. I love that it’s only 2 capsules per day, so it’s easy to stay consistent. The capsules are a good size, go down easily, and I don’t notice any bad aftertaste. I feel less stiff in my joints, especially in the mornings, and my digestion seems a bit calmer too. The formula feels clean and high quality, so I’m planning to keep it in my daily routine.

Exceeds expectations, recovering from major back surgery and it really knocks down inflammation and of course pain. The quality of cumin is high and makes the difference. I now only order third party tested and this product satisfies that. Not going to order anything else but 3rd party tested to avoid the rip off crap that’s online.

My Mom has recently been having a lot of nerve issues. Taking Gabapentin like Tylenol became her normal but yet the pain persisted. She even started taking more days off from work because she just couldn’t work through the pain anymore. In a few short weeks she stopped taking gabapentin since the pain has reduced significantly. Her energy has increased. She’s moving around again like she did before. Only been taking a week. My daughter takes Turmeric for pain in her legs and says it works great. I don't have pain anywhere in m body and I'm 80 yrs old but if Dr Berg says you need it, then I'll take it. I trust what he says we need to take! I had been taking 750mg of Turmeric day and cost a lot more than Dr Berg's Turmeric, which is 1350mg. I truly believe Dr Berg's products are the best!

Fast Delivery Pack well. Average size and is easy to sallow. No funny smell nor taste. Taking 1 tablet daily after dinner. Within a week, I am already experiencing great joint pain relief.
