Q: What dimensions does the provided image have to be? Are there any copyright restrictions? For example can you use an image of an existing ip etc?

I used a 5x7 photo and there was no problem with it. They made the photo big enough to fit the mouse mat without distorting the picture. I don’t know about copyright restrictions but I’m sure if you couldn’t use a picture they would let you know. Great service too.

Q: Could anyone give me an idea of file size required for decent quality pic on mat, ie 1mb, 10mb etc

The pic I used was 1MP 828X1792 2.3mb And the result was really really good. Warm colours came out perfect
