Worth the money
This Bluetooth headset is easy to connect and works perfectly. The sound is clear, and the microphone quality is very good for calls. It’s comfortable to wear for a long time, and the battery lasts well throughout the day. Great quality for the price. I highly recommend it.

High quality Bluetooth earpiece
This is one of the least expensive most high quality Bluetooth earpieces I've ever owned. I've tried higher end Jabra, Google and Galaxy earbuds. Most of them at least for me, work like ear plugs blocking my hearing from my surroundings. I like this form factor. This may not be for everyone but for those looking for a mono Bluetooth earpiece to wear in one ear, this is it. The soft gel earpiece does not obstruct your ear canal and prevent you from hearing what's going on around you. It's build quality is phenomenal. It has all day comfort. I was worried about comfortability at first but after wearing it all day, I realized I was checking my ear to see if I had lost it. I literally couldn't feel it because it's so comfortable. It has incredible sound clarity and the volume level is more than adequate. It's loud. Loud and clear. Also, it's very sleek and attractive. I would have liked a matte finish instead of the gloss just because of the problem with fingerprints. However, it's certainly not a deal breaker considering this is such a quality product. It is very reminiscent of my Plantronics M165 Marque 2. The functions are very intuitive and easy to use. There is a volume rocker on top. It has a mute button on the bottom. This is while wearing it in the right ear. These buttons will be inverted if wearing it in the left ear. It also has a multifunction button on the side. One tap of the multifunction button will play music. Double tap the multifunction button to redial. Long press it to turn on and off. Use the mute button during calls or to open your assistant when you're not on calls. This is a great Bluetooth earpiece at any price. The fact that it is a little over $30 is phenomenal. I would highly recommend it to anybody that likes this particular form factor. As I said earlier in this review, it's a very high quality, well built, incredibly clear sounding Bluetooth earpiece.

Works better than expected, would recommend depending on your usage
Works pretty well overall. This will connect to 2 devices at a time. I connected it to my phone & a laptop. It will work with one device at a time & doesn't toggle seamlessly between them. I have to choose to activate it on the opposite device to use the second one. A bit of effort, but pretty simple if you are sitting at your computer and expecting to take calls on both. The sound volume is better and much higher than my many years of Plantronics and Jabra similar devices. The sound also works for calls & media, music, videos etc. Some lower end similar devices only connect for calls and zero additional media or sound so this is a large step above those basics. The on/off button does take several seconds to turn on and off. My phone is set to auto answer so when on, it is not an issue for me. If you are going to turn it on/off all the time, that may be cumbersome, but that type if usage already is. The headset will stay connected to my phone for 35 or so feet away which is a little less than Plantronics or Jabra, but similar coverage within my home. The ear loop piece doesn't fit at all, but I replaced with one from a previous similar device. If you don't have a different ear hook, it would be worth purchasing a different one if possible before damaging or losing this device. It does sit light on the ear with the different ear hook. It allows some outside noise to be heard unlike traditional ear buds that block everything out which is my preference for using this device. Overall I would recommend if your usage is similar to mine. I am going to order a couple more before this technology disappears as it actually works much better than expected.

All good except the on and off switch
I use a Surface tablet and an I Phone and i like the earpiece headset to hook up to both of them. Most of the time I am in the car or a cafe writing or responding to calls and texts. My old Motorola headset did all this perfectly but I can't get those anymore (the new Motorola headsets are terrible). So, what's to like and hate about this one? Like - the weight is very good, it stays in my ear over long periods, and it connects immediately to my I phone and the Surface tablet. It hods a charge really well and sound quality is good on both my end and the person I am talking to. It recharges fast and generally I really like it. Not so much - The on off switch is a button you push, and it takes 5 seconds to come on. That does not seem like much until you're in a hurry and you are not sure if it's on or not. I prefer a push switch. But, when it does come on it hooks up to the phone instantly. I got used to looking on the phone to see of the headset is on. If you just leave it on all day that would not be an issue, and it is good pretty much all day. Taking and making calls - My Motorola and my Apple ear buds both let me make and connect to calls by touching the earpiece. On this headset you have to push that on off switch to get a call which is acceptable but to make a call you have to go to the phone and do whatever your phone requires to make a call. You also cannot just press the switch and say "read text" and get the text or send one. I will not touch, or look at, my phone while I am driving so using the headset switch was good for me. That is just not possible with this headset. Even with the limitations I like it well enough to buy another one to have for when I put this one through the laundry, or leave it in a restaurant, which happens more than I like to admit. Reviews update. Ok Ok I need to fess up here. I found a small button on the side of the headset that allows me to touch that button and make calls, access text messages and dictate emails. That makes this a really nice product and I need to amend my comments about the headset.

Terrible sound quality
Junk. I searched specifically for “Plantronics” and this turd popped up. I was I. A hurry and bought it. The sound quality is terrible, battery life is atrocious. There is nothing good about this thing.

Hurt my ear (to round/big)
This is a very nice headset, easy to use, connects well, and pretty small. My complaint is that the earpiece is to big (round) for my ear. I wore it for a few days, and it really hurt my ear, other than that, phone calls were just a tiny bit muffled but not to bad. I would have kept it if it did not hurt my ear like it did.

EarPiece
I enjoy this ear piece. Siri announces the person's name, not the number, unless it's a number not in your phone. Good charging speed, easy to use and a good price and lightweight. The only draw back is the fact that it breaks off from the earpiece part easily. Be sure to place it down on the flat side. One more drawback, after awhile the sound tends to get lower even when the volume is up to the max. I can let this hang out of my ear and still can hear and speak clearly. Good deal!!

Lightweight Headset with Strong Performance
The headset paired easily with both my phone and computer and has been working perfectly so far. Sound is clear on calls, the microphone picks up my voice well, and the noise cancellation helps in busy environments. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and the spare earhook I had fit without issue. Battery life looks strong out of the box. Solid choice for the price.
