I have tried several other brands and have had some issues with not coping information or not being able to read what I copied.These have worked perfectly for me. I have never had an issue with coping information on them or being unable to read information. I do recommend formatting any flash drive you plan on using. It seems there is some data on them even when you get them. Better safe than sorry.

I had two of the drives not be recognized. I tried various techniques to see if they would work, but no luck on any of my Windows machines. Disappointing. Hard to believe in these days of 256GB flash drives, a simple 8GB drive would fail out of the box. Next time I'll look elsewhere for flash drives.

I occasionally need to share data with clients. I needed a product that was inexpensive and compatible with both windows and apple systems. I find these to be perfect for my needs. I copy my photos or other data onto the thumb drives and give them to my clients, who take them home to make their final choice after sharing the images with their friends and family. Sometimes a product just does its job without fuss or muss. This is one of those times and I appreciate the ease and usability of the thumb drives. They are inexpensive enough for me to give, rather than charge for them when I give them away. I more than make my expense back when the final sale is made.
