I had my left total knee replacement in 2/24 and my right total knee replacement 12/24. I just bought this a month ago and I wish I had bought it back in February. I love this device! Very easy to use. All you need is a chair in which your feet can completely touch the ground in. A basic pulley device but extremely effective at working both extension and flexion. Both of which are extremely important in total knee replacement therapy. Great price, easy to install. Highly recommend.

As someone recovering from a ruptured patellar tendon, I can't recommend this product enough. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Pros: Perfectly replicates crucial physical therapy exercises at home Eliminates the need for assistance from the uninjured leg Allows for consistent, controlled movements Enables extended holds in contracted positions without strain Significantly improves adherence to rehabilitation program How I Use It: I pair this device with a raised chair (I use a $30 folding bedside commode from Amazon with the top closed and a pillow on it) to perform exercises with my leg off the ground. This setup is ideal for maximizing the effectiveness of the exercises. Why It's Great: During PT, I often wished for a home solution that could match the clinic's equipment. This device does exactly that and more. It makes exercises that were awkward or tiring (like using my good leg to bend the injured one) much more manageable and effective. Bottom Line: If you're recovering from a patellar tendon injury, this device is a must-have. It's remarkably well-designed, easy to use, and has become an invaluable part of my recovery process. It empowers you to take control of your rehabilitation in the comfort of your own home. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their knee recovery!

These work well for flexion exercises, but not as well for extension. For the flexion, you may have to sit up high and forward in your chair, but it does work. For extension, these work to a point, however, it almost has a tourniquet effect so you need to use some type of padding. Remember to make sure your foot is elevated high enough. I would say the product works, but needs some design improvements.

I don't know what to say about this product. It really didn't work for me. You can use a plastic grocery bag filled with cans for the desired weight. You need . plus 2 chairs, one to sit on and the other to extend your leg. works better and less expensive

I had total knee replacement surgery. It resulted in my knee being slightly bent. This is because in performing the surgery, they cut the thigh muscle to access the knee, and then sew it back together before closing the wound. The result is a stronger hamstring muscle pulling downward on what is now a slightly bent knee. This product works great. Gets a lot of downward torque von the knee. I have a couple of suggestions. Do not use with the foot on the floor as pictured. It works better if you place the foot in a chair of similar or greater height. The reason is that with the foot on the floor, the two pulleys are too close together, and even touch. This reduces the torque you are able to obtain if the pulleys are further apart. Also, the strap across the knee can dig into the thigh and hurt. This can be solved by using a 2” sponge between the strap and the knee. Spreads the force out and removes cutting edges. A very good device, at a reasonable price.
