Emma, If you order it with us before 12:30 pm CST it would go out in the mail today and would be shipped by the United States Post Office using their 1st Class Mail service and you should get it 2-3 working days by the Post Office. We have our in the refrigerator and when we ship it we place it in a padded envelope and send it on it's way. When we receive this product from Nature's Way it is shipped in a regular box by UPS. Hello, Upon reviewing the product label we found that the Primadophilus Optima Women's does not contain FOS.

This product has been a favorite probiotic of mine. I have never felt that the integrity of the product was compromised because it wasn't refrigerated during the shipping. I typically use 2 day prime.
