Great hose gets job done
Great hose with male and female cam lock fittings attached. Seems to be as sturdy as any other hoses of same type. A great value compared to local options available in my area.

Worked great then it didn’t
Hooked it up to my 7 hp water pump and used it to transfer water from pond to my garden. I’ve only had it for two weeks and works great. I actually have two of these hoses because it’s 150 feet from the pond to the garden. It’s very quick and easy to connect them together with the connectors that come on the hoses. I will write another review at the end of the summer and let you know how they hold up after a few months. Okay….I didn’t have to wait a few months. The fourth time I used the pump and hose from the pond to irrigate the garden I discovered a leak in the hose. It was located at a bend in the hose that formed a crease. I noticed when I first used the hose that it will not make a smooth arc when it has to bend to reach its destination, it forms a crease instead. I did not think it was significant at the time because water still flowed through it okay, but it was at one of these creases that the leak occurred. I put a piece of flex seal tape on for an emergency fix and immediately noticed another leak at another crease. I repaired this one the same way. I thought I had my problem solved but the flex tape gave way on the first repair so I gave up and just threw it away. But before I got rid of it I cut it in half just to see how thick of a material it was made out of. The walls of the hose was extremely thin. I now know why it gave up after the fourth use, it was made out of paper thin plastic. Knowing now how thin walled the hose was I’m not surprised that it was no good…Buyer beware.
