Perfect for what I need and just as described
This 7-day pill organizer in the medium size is perfect for my needs and is exactly as described in the product info. I don't understand the negative reviews. Note the dimensions given; if you have a dozen daily pills and supplements or if you take them multiple times a day you probably need a larger organizer. This is a simple compact one that can hold several pills, depending on their sizes, in each daily compartment. It's not meant to hold the entire medicine cabinet. I have a larger dual morning/evening organizer for my twice-daily eye vitamins, large calcium supplements, low-dose aspirin, regular meds, etc. However, I was recently prescribed a chemo capsule which is toxic to handle, so I didn't want to put it in with my regular supplements and meds. I ordered this separate organizer just for this chemo medication. I chose the medium size instead of the small because the drug is a large 500mg capsule and my dose might need to be increased. Each daily compartment could hold four of them if needed. I also wanted a way to be absolutely sure whether I had taken each day's dose of this drug or not. My oncologist suggested I get a daily pill organizer for it and I'm very pleased with this one! The photo shows the size comparison with my larger morning/evening daily pill organizers. Big difference; choose what you need. I like its features. The attached tops snap open and closed easily and securely, it is transparent enough to see the contents, and it is compact but holds what I need with some space to spare. The days of the week are clearly labeled and there is also what looks like Braille dots on the lids. It's BPA-free plastic and can be easily hand washed if needed. As the package notes, it is not child-proof, but most other pill organizers aren't child-proof either. I chose the green one and it was a great value and very inexpensive. The quality seems good and I'm pleased with it in every way.

Smaller but works well for on the go
Small and perfect for travel or on the go. It fits maybe 5 pills in each days spot so not big but not tiny either. Easy to tuck into a bag.

EXACTLY as described...
I take 4 capsule-shaped tablets of prescription medication each day. For months, I was using it straight out of the pharmacy bottle of 360 pills that it came in. I'm supposed to take two each of these pills twice a day, and at first this was no problem. But, as time went, I'd be busy or distracted, and I couldn't remember if I'd actually taken them or not. One day just blurred into the next. Yes, I could count the amount remaining to figure out if I'd missed a dose, but no one wants to repeatedly do that with a bottle of 360 pills. So, I started looking for a daily pill box so I could know at a quick glance if I had actually taken the prescribed amount each day. There are hundreds of pill boxes offered and it's hard to tell actual size from an online photo. I didn't want to just make assumptions, so that's when I read through the measurements listed in each item's description. I discovered that tons of the pill boxes that "looked" right for me were actually way too large. One was too small. I settled on this "medium" sized pill box and that's exactly what it is - medium sized. The packaging also clearly states that it's medium by marking the size as "M". It ended up being perfect for my needs. It easily fits 4 good-sized capsule-shaped pills in each compartment with decent room to spare. As you can see from my photos, I could easily add more pills to each compartment if I wanted. I'm an adult female and I've placed my eyeglasses in the photo to give some perspective on size. What I don't understand are all the negative reviews from people who were too lazy or too clueless to actually look at the product dimensions. Frankly, if you can't be bothered to know what you're buying, then you have no right to complain when you end up with the wrong size. I find it ridiculous that, when the seller provides the exact dimensions of a product, reviewers who couldn't be bothered to check the size before ordering, then write very negative reviews trashing the product, like it's the fault of the product and not a fault of their own. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product. If you want a large or giant pill case, then be an adult, get out your ruler, bother to read the product dimensions, and choose one that actually suits your needs. Hundreds of people had the stupidity to complain that this pill box is "too small" and a waste of money. Well, it may be "too small" for them but it is exactly the size I wanted. I definitely would not want one any bigger. As for the item itself, it's just a plastic pill box. Not sure how long it will last with daily use, but it's not an expensive item so it can be replaced when needed. Out of the three colors sold, you randomly get the color you get. There is no way to specifically choose the green, the blue, or the purple. For me, it serves its purpose very well with room to spare.

Small, not very good for vitamins.
Really the perfect size for baby aspirin. I don't take that, but that's basically what would fit. This box is tiny, if you take small pills, this would hold about 6. Fir context, if you put 1 1000mg Vit C, it is full, and it's a tight fit. I use these for vitamins, not meds.

Great product, medium is quite small tho.
Is as advertised, tight seals, the medium is very small tho. Fits what I need but buyer beware. Personally would have bought the size up. Also super affordable I bought two.

Smaller than expected but works well
Smaller than I expected! Pay attention to dimensions. I didn't look at them and was surprised. This looks to be a sturdy little pill box, and thankfully I only need it for two pills for my son. So the size is actually just fine. Looks good, it's just little!

Works, but Much Smaller Than Expected
This weekly pill box is okay, but it’s definitely smaller than a standard one. The compartments don’t hold very much, so larger tablets or multiple pills are a tight fit. The build quality is fine and the lids snap shut securely, but the size limits how useful it is. It will work for someone who only takes a couple of small pills each day, but it wasn’t quite big enough for what I needed.

Great Little Pill Case for Small Meds
This pill case is exactly what I was looking for. It’s compact and works perfectly for the very small prescription pills I take in the morning. I keep my larger supplements in a separate container so they don’t “swallow up” the tiny pills, and this case is ideal for that setup. The only minor downside is that I suspect the day markings may wear off over time, but given how inexpensive this is, it’s not a big concern—I’d happily replace it when that happens. Overall, great value and very practical.
