Solo Leveling, Vol. 6 (novel) : Chugong: desertcart.ae: Books Review: Personally volume 6 was one of the volumes that really hit me in the heart, putting several named characters who've honestly been with us from the start in the line of danger both from other human beings, hunters, and one at the face of tone of the nebulous monarchs, was a really interesting change of directions. It was also an interesting one to take considering the "architect" was basically put out of commission and the "monarchs" have launched into the end game of their plan. With the world changing in myriad ways, for example the massive dungeon break over Tokyo devastating Japan, and Jinwoo no longer mainly focused on dungeon crawling but on defeating foes in the real world, it was a nice and welcome change of direction for the series. I also enjoyed how the story showed that Jinho can honestly stand on his own, doing things his own way, and contributing in ways no one else can considering the place he has in Jinwoo's heart. It is one of the best relationships throughout the entire series and feels just as a natural as Jinwoo with his sister Jinha. Further, the father figure of the president of the hunters association, President Go, additionally holds a place in Jinwoo's heart for the advice guidance and influence has has held throughout the time Jinwoo was a hunter and through his ability. The trust he has in him is incredible and all of this made the final act in this volume hit hearder than it might otherwise had. Beyond this, this volume really sets our sights straight on the endgame and I was excited. Review: Book is so dirty and looks like its very old stock. It has yellowish marks on the pages. Disappointed.
