As I've gotten older (over 65), I have more difficulties with digestion. I have tried a number of different digestive enzymes to help with this and have had the most success with this brand. I like that the capsules are very small and easy to swallow and that a full dose is two pills; for small meals or those that are less-problematic, it's easy to cut dosage in half by just taking one pill.

works for digesting big meals or weight gainer shakes, etc. If you want to bulk up you need a digestive enzyme like this to utilize all your food

I don’t necessarily think it’s the fault of the product but these definitely make me feel sick. I’m chronically ill and have a lot of digestive issues and was hoping adding in enzymes would help but these make me insanely nauseous

I believe these enzymes do assist with how my body breaks down food in general. When I eat certain fatty/oily/starchy foods and don't take them I notice a difference - I have more gas and hear lots of noises in my stomach. I appreciate the fact that these capsules are small and vegetarian. Recently I ordered through the subscription pricing to get them cheaper but I'm finding that I have to order more before my next shipment arrives. If you take 2 capsules with every meal as indicated, you'll need more before the month is over. I suggest ordering 2 bottles at a time every 3-4 weeks if you eat an average of 3 meals a day.

I have had stomach problems for quite some time and have tried numerous digestion supplements. These work. I don't get bloated, etc. Can't be without them now, and the price is very reasonable.
