Perfect for on-the-go
This product is compact and can fit in my purse for moments when I need to freshen up the air. I’m new to using this type of product and learned that it needs to be used with resin incenses like “oud bakhoor”. I tried my usual incense cones and it didn’t work so well. Overall, I’m extremely happy with it!

Defective Product
Although I was really excited to buy this product it came defected and does not hold charge only time on for 30 seconds them powers off and the charging light comes on. I bought incense to go with this so now I have no use for them as well. I’m pretty disappointed

Seems small for bakhoor
Directions are kind of difficult to follow when it comes to where to place the bakhoor. The chamber seems very small to bakhoor pieces, unless there's a step I didn't see in the instructions

Dangerous
Gets crazy hot and the comb part was hot on my scalp. Just had a burned smell to it, not impressed. I’m glad I tried it out before I gave it as a gift, I’m throwing it out.

Only turns on 10% of the time. Unreliable.
There is no rhyme or reason to when this thing works. It’s very frustrating when trying to get ready and it won’t turn on.
