Ordered it for my brother who is very lazy in having his meals and not so active too. He spends an hour daily for sports and does light workout with barbell and dumb-bells at home. He's 5'5" with 70 kgs. He is always concerned about his upper body shape and that's why we ordered this product. Now, It may be too early to pass a verdict on the product as it's been just 10 days using it (Once or sometimes twice daily) so not much effect can be felt on body shape or muscle mass. I'll post an update after consuming the complete pack. Nonetheless, It DOES affect the energy level certainly as my brother felt a significant boost in his stamina in sports. Though his daily diet and intake is the same as before. So, we can easily assume that taking this powder regularly will definitely give good results to the overall muscle mass. Just keep in mind that you MUST follow a healthy diet chart along with moderate bodybuilding workouts daily. Taking part in sports regularly will act as a bonus, no doubt ! The taste of this chocolate flavoured powder is delicious and you'll certainly love it. You can take it with a glass of milk with one or two bananas if you are concerned about your low weight. A deep plastic spoon is provided with it. Some "Authentick" scratch card was attached to the lid which I used to verify the authenticity of this product on it's official website.
