Lugols Iodine Solution - 15% - 50ml

First time taking, the drop has to shake it out, a bit difficult to measure the dosage. The price is good and quality is good. When I took first day near bedtime, I was wild awake the whole night.

I take 3 drops daily in a small amount of water. I don't like the taste so I do it just after I have brushed my teeth and then quickly drink a fresh glass of water. I like having this as part of my routine to support good health.

It seems to work fine, but it’s very difficult to get anything out of the bottle. It’s meant to come out in drops but you end up shaking the bottle to try and get some out and then too much comes out. Please sort this out.

Hooray for Lugol's iodine, made in the UK. A trustworthy product to apply to wounds that disinfects instantly. The no-sting formula threw me because iodine usually burns. But this works, and that is what matters.
