Excellent for killing anxiety, a knife

These pills help me manage my cravings and anxiety for sugar consumption. Unfortunately, like many people, I am addicted to sugar. These pills help me reduce my sugar intake, and I intend to buy more

It works, but….You need to take this 1-2 hours before you would normally eat. This product helps onset the feeling of being full. (At least for me.) After a smaller portion than I am used to eating, I feel full. For me that’s baby steps and progress! Typically I would eat something and just keep eating. My portions control is nonexistent. However, with this, it’s back.

I purchased these supplements and have been using them for only a few days now and I don't really notice much of a difference in my appetite yet. It's possible that I haven't used them long enough for them to work and I will continue to use them to see if I feel like they are helping to curb my appetite. I do like that they do not make me feel jittery or irritate my stomach in any way and I am hoping that I will start seeing a reduction in my appetite and weight soon.

Maybe if I take this for a week or two it starts working????? Have been taking this as directed and it does not reduce any cravings.After a few days taking 2 capsules morning and then in evening prior to meals (as directed) I decided to double the dosage to see if it would help. NOPE. Buyer beware, not only is this an expensive product (even if it helped a little) it plain a simply does not work.

Been taking this for a bout a month, it works but when your body get used to it and it doesn’t help at all, well that just me. There really no taste to it and the size of the pill aren’t bad. The price could be a little cheaper but so can everything else

I was skeleptical at first but it really does work. I started using it the day after receiving it to see how it works and I must say that it cut my appetite down so it was a good sign as I'm in the process of losing weight.

Game changer for me. Two months in eating nothing but chicken and greens with zero cravings for anything else.
