Great idea
Unfortunately, the directions are not available in English. I even emailed the company, they did tell me to use distilled water only and no salt. Also, the company does not sell replacement filters and I'm not sure where you would buy them. The unit seems to work fine although has shut off automatically a few time even though there was plenty of water in it. It looks really cute on my desk and works well enough for me.
