This is super fine mica powder and has worked great for making magical potions at Halloween. The color selection if great and takes so little, don't be put off by the small sizes of the jars. The little blade scoop in the kit is perfect for tonget in the jars. It can be messy if you're clumsy but works great. My wife has been eyeing them up to use as a cool buffing coat when doing her nails, but hasn't given it a go yet.

Works amazing for coloring candles and other crafts

Gotta get the red straightened out. It is not red at all. Even with red liquid pigment mixed it still comes out pink, the only saving grace for the project i was working on was the metallic red flake not the powder, and it sort of worked. It's still a great set and would highly recommend it to anyone. Just gotta get a real red, more of true red.

I used this to color my resin for some pen blanks I was molding. The colors were very bright and vivid. They mixed with the resin very easily and produced very rich colors that I used for the pen. I couldn't be happier.

A little goes a long way. I purchased another brand to compare & I can definitely tell a difference in the quality & richness in color! I am new to resin art, but I highly recommend this brand. It also came with surprise multi-color foils, not the typical gold/silver, but a rainbow of gorgeous colors of foil leaves! Gloves, tweezers, & a reusable stirring tool were hidden between the stacks of mica powders. Very impressed & shipping was extremely fast!
