This stuff is phenomenal… I’ve been lifting for over 20+ years, & had a different variety of proteins that were recommended during that time, but this is far the best overall. It has a great taste, & mixes extremely well with very small amounts of water. It only takes about 6oz of water to mix two scoops, so that goes down very fast & it’s very thin meaning; it’s not too heavy on the stomach allowing you room for an actual meal within 30 mins after consumption. I always get triple chocolate, which is great. Ive read some reviews that it gave people bubble guts or diarrhea? But I didn’t experience any of those problems, it was actually the complete opposite. Some said it doesn’t mix well or there are clumps of powder? But that’s not my experience, there are morsels of chocolate chips inside the powder, & those are the only things that haven’t broken down when I’ve made mine. Which reminds me, you should definitely spike your insulin levels by consuming 25grams of sugar before drinking this. Fig nutten has exactly 25g if you eat 2 of them which is what I use. It might be a little on the expensive side compared to others, but this powder garnishes results! You’ll notice a difference if you intake at least one gram of protein per body pound. Or, per body pound you’re trying to achieve. So if you’re 125lbs & want to get to 200lbs? You should be drinking 200 grams of protein a day, broken down in 50 gram increments per consumption. So that would be 4 shakes a day, at 50grams per serving per shake. Plus, 3 full meals a day. We only use at the most 50grams of protein per every 30 to 60 minutes because the human body can only absorb 30-40 grams at a time before it turns the rest into waste. So at 50grams? You’re making sure you max out the amount of protein per serving, & because it’s a Whey? It’s possible to absorb a little more like 44grams before the rest turns into waste. But if you think drinking 100 grams in one shot would work? It won’t, your body will absorb the 40-45 grams that it can, and turn the rest into poop which might explain why someone got bubble guts?! They were trying to get 80 grams in at once. Hope this helps you achieve your goals, & I hope you like it as much as my entire family does! I’m 5’ 7” at 252lbs & dropped down from 327lbs because I was getting too big, my wife uses their Mutant Mass & is 6’ 167lbs and my son is on the same thing at 6’ 272lbs. The chocolate flavor isn’t bad, but it also isn’t amazing. Reminds me of nesquik chocolate milk powder.

I love this protein. I there are about 5 flavors I buy and I was just given a sample container of a new flavor they are looking to start selling which I love, chocolate cheesecake, so be watching for that later. This purchase I bought my usual, triple chocolate and peanut butter chocolate ( yes, I am a chocolate lover). All the Iso Surge flavors were developed by the same people who develop flavors for Ben and Jerrys ice cream so how can you go wrong? Being an isolate, this powder mixes easily, especially in hot liquids--I actually drink a scoop and a half in my cup of coffee each morning right after I get up. With that said, the chocolate versions have tiny chocolate chips in it so unless you mix it with hot liquids you will have to eat a few at the end of your drink. Cost per serving is a bit higher than other brands, and I have tried some of the others, but keep coming back to the IsoSurge. I am into heavy weight lifting and have used a lot of protein powers over the years but this is my go to.

Seriously I don’t do many reviews and in particular positive ones. That being said this is the BEST I have ever tasted! I usually can’t stand protein powder unless camouflaged by fruit peanut butter ect! This stuff I just put in my bottle which has that little metal ball and I used unsweetened coconut milk and it is dissolved immediately like five shakes and done. It is smooth no clumps and at the end some chocolate chips await me lol. When I leave the gym I am excited to drink it and decided as of today I’ll drink two a day to make sure I am getting all my protein grams in a day cause it’s bomb! Dad suggested it to me! Get it

Good clean protein that tastes good!

This thing is DISGUSTING. I bought the triple chocolate and it doesn't mix AT ALL. I was using ON Whey Protein before this, I wanted to try the isolate, this has tons of clunks, weird small little things that wont dissolve and mix smoothly into the milk and I can't even use 2 scoops at once like I did with ON Whey Protein, I tried one scoop and it was terrible at mixing. Think of blending oats with milk inside your blender, the oats don't fully blend, they just become very tiny but you can see and feel them when drinking, this is exactly how this protein mixes.

I loved the flavor and it blends SO well!! The container was full!

Suelo comprar el bote grande pero no lo encontré disponible así que me topé con este y cuando llegó, al abrirlo resultó que trae menos de la mitad de producto. Si esa es la cantidad correcta, entonces dejó esto para que lo sepan antes de comprar.

No se disuelve con facilidad, el sabor es muy dulce.
