This item is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Which is unfortunate since one of the bottles has leaked everywhere and I wanted to give this as a gift. Hopefully what remains will taste good.Although the bottles were leaking, customer service was great and the sauces we’ve tried so far are good.

Received the package and when i opened it, one bottle was sticky. When i looked closer the bottle was opened and some of the sauce spilled. I wanted to exchange it for a new pacjage but this item is not replaceable. Expensive gift set that now can not be given as a gift.
