Just days ago I posted a review saying that the batteries were dying after about 18 seconds. The Seller contacted me immediately and within just a couple of days sent me a replacement of the charger and batteries. The replacement is working great and we are very satisfied with the product but also very happy with how the Seller reached out to us and handled the situation immediately!

Bought so can charge and not use regular batteries but so far only one charges and the other one doesn’t hold a charge barely at all******** changed to 5 stars seller sent new one and has been working Great !!! Great Seller ! Reached out to me and took care of issue right away *****

The first one I bought was malfunctioning, the hot pink color means it's charging and once it turns blue, it's fully charged. Not in my case with the first one.So I sent it back for a replacement, second one is working like it should, so all good now.

Only charged fully once. Will not charge fully WHEN you can get it to start charging at all. You have to completely remove the wrist straps and protective cover every time but still didn't charge fully after the first time and game box must be on the whole time. Very poor construction. Buyer beware....terrible product!!!! Didn't begin using until my grandson arrived for spring break so now 6 days after the available return date. Should have opened and used sooner to check it.
