I absolutely LOVE my new WISP! I have Lupus, an autoimmune disease, that effects even the simplest of household chores. I can sweep the floor with ONE hand and the broom is so light and easy to use that it doesn't hurt my joints or muscles! I was able to use the dustpan with my foot! No bending over or calling my husband or daughter to help me with it! I was able to dust the ceiling fan with minimal effort and no pain! We have 2 dogs with lots of hair and the WISP picked the hair up so easy and using the "combs" on either side of the dustpan cleaned it off the bristles and I didn't have to touch it at all. The Wisp is easy to use and to store away. I am glad I made this purchase as it makes my life just a little bit easier!

I truly love this broom set, like that the broom locks together with the dustpan, however it can be a bit Confusing upon your 1st few uses , it further came with video instructions on how to lock and unlock the broom and pan together, which I Still had a lot of problems until I FINALLY got the hang of it. The broom Handel has a 2 system expansion to make it either longer or shorter and locks in position. Which could need a bit of Improvement especially since they both lock in opposite directions. The twisting locks do tend to loosen up during use, and they tend to lock up too tight at times, it would be nice if it came with some sort of a Direction marking on it. However I truly Love how it picks up Far more dog hair and dirt than a normal broom does. Love the Short bristles on the broom having them short does Not allow dirt and hair to Collect within the bristles which in my eyes is Fabulous. Now the dustpan - it’s a decent weight it is nice and Wide a bit wider than the broom, it has a lip right after the main slope to Catch and NOT allow the dirt to SLIDE back off and on to the floor which is GREAT. You don’t have to bend over to have to be holding the dustpan in place, you Only need to use your Foot to hold it in place and to slide it back to pick up the last bit of remaining dirt, furthermore on each side of the dustpan it has straight tines on each side so you can glide your broom on it to Remove any extra dirt or hair which is caught in it, you pretty much NEVER have to TOUCH that dirty broom end ever AGAIN. However this part could Use some Improvement. To me with the Tines are far too high up on the dustpan, which make it a bit hard for cleaning the broom bristles were they are currently located on the pan. In my Opinion they should be Moved down made Wider and add more tines. More tines would make it Easier for cleaning the bristles of the broom in a couple of passes rather than having to go over it 5 times or more. Came with a wall mount which can Definitely use some Improvement it is quite a bit flimsy. However when you hang your broom and dustpan on it it only takes up aprox. 2” depth of space FABULOUS 😊 I also got the small hand held set now let me tell you that I Absolutely Love this little set, EXCEPT for the Locking Together Part, this mini set is pretty close in style to its larger set, the broom has the Short hairs, has a Wide Flat Handel Very easy to hold, the dustpan is Identical to the large pan yes both broom and pan locks together however Not as good as the full size set does. With the full size set you can hold it in any direction and the pan and broom remain together when locked, the mini set will only remain together if held in the upright position, therefore this in my opinion this also needs a bit of Improvement. Now you can only hang both sets on the mount if you place the small size set against the wall behind the full size set. This furthermore needs Improvement, wall mount should be able to hold both broom sets without problems. This is a Broom set should be in everyone’s home for the Great cleaning that it does Yes if the Manufacturer would do them few little Tweaks of Improvements OMG this would be an AWESOME set to own I am very happy 😊 that I bought this set and my old broom is now being used for my basement and outside use, my new set is Strictly for indoor use only very happy I made this purchase 😊

I like that you can use this broom in a pulling or pushing motion, and that the included dustpan is easy to use and the brislt comb works. The bad news is that after just one use and resting against the wall for a couple of days, the plastic handle has broken. It's a little too small for the metal shaft and has cracked. I will use gaffer tape to hold it on, but I had expected better. I will update with a photo when this review is accepted.

Wanted to love this. Ahhh.. but this looks and feels cheaply made for the amount that is charged, I expected a higher quality. The only pro to this is that It is light weight. Picks up hair but like any broom you need to clean the bristles. The teeth on the sides of the pan do not do a good job on getting all the hair off ( from pets) a regular broom with a good dust pan with a handle can be had at a lower cost. Very dissatisfied. Keep the box when you get it!! It is almost impossible to find a box that will be the correct size if you want to return it! UPS charges $21.00 for such a box!

i want to love it, but i can't. then again, i don't hate it entirely, either. on the plus side, it's lightweight, it hangs on the wall, and it does seem to do well on picking up cat hair on hardwood floors. the kids have used it for three days without the normal complaining about doing this particular chore. the dustpan is my favorite part of the whole thing. and the kids' favorite part too. the fact that it seals to the floor with foot action, and the combs on the side that scrape off the cat fur and stuff from the broom bristles. on the down side, the telescoping handle doesn't scope enough. it's fine for the children, but just a little short for me to comfortably sweep with at it's fullest extension. and really, i'm only 5'5". so that means this broom is not really tall enough for the average person. and the dustpan... remember, my favorite part because it seals to the floor and it has the little comb thingy? well, those are awesome features, but you still have to use your hand to clean the comb thingy after you have used it to clean all the gunk from the broom bristles. so it's great, but not perfect. MINI BROOM: hate it. i use it to collect the litter from around the cat box, but i think i'm going to give it to the kids and use a different one. this one has no typical handle, just a flat area above the bristles that is only about three inches. i have arthritis and carpal tunnel, so this really puts my hand/wrist at an uncomfortable angle when i'm sweeping up stuff on the floor. AND, it's difficult to snap in and out of the mini dustpan without feeling like it's going to break. all around, this mini broom is very poorly designed.

The Small one is great for in the truck, and the full size is actually pretty sweet. It came with a hanging bracket for easy storage, it sticks on the wall with 3M. Telescoping handle and the dust pan clips onto the broom head. Bristles are quite stiff, and will be great for sweeping cat litter... also picks up hair like crazy. And though stiff, the bristles are soft to touch. I doubt they will scratch the floor. The dust pan is larger than I thought it would be and it’s nice that you step on it to sweep the dirt onto it. Makes sweeping so much less of a pain the ass!

Broom works well however takes getting used to ...the curve in it causes me to hold it the wrong way sometimes. The dustpan is simply awful. I'm afraid of breaking it if I steady it with my foot...horribly brittle. It also takes ages to sweep everything onto dustpan as the lip does not lie completely flush with floor. Pretty cheap construction ... the only positive for me is that I like the stiffness of the bristles which do ensure that cat hair sticks to them ..

It takes a little learning and getting used to but it's already paid for itself with getting fur out of rugs in between vacuums. I love how easy it is to store! The little broom and pan is also handy!

Terrible purchase. Built really cheap. Probably cost less then $10 to make. Feels like it’s going to fall apart when you use it. Worst purchase I have made on amazon before. DONT BUY IT

The handheld broom works great for cleaning chairs and couches, removes all dog hair. The larger broom was much more displointing for the price. Based on product I would say it Should be priced around $20. Broom is much shorter than I expected. and it takes forever to use since the broom is not very wide. That being said. It does pick up all the dust and dog hair from my floors. Just takes forever
