I bought this bag for my tween. She needed a new bag to take back and forth to dance classes. I was expecting it to be a little bigger. We really like the outside pockets. The only concern is that the pockets don't conform to what is in it. You can put a water bottle in the pocket but it may fall out because it is not an elastic or stretchy pocket that conforms to what is in it. Because of that, she has to make sure she holds it a certain way, if not the bottle(s) may fall out. Not so much an issue for other items in the pockets.Overall it works well enough for us to keep using it.

Bought this as an adult dancer for a bag for bellydance class. It's cute but super tiny, even the biggest size. Maybe I missed it but didn't see it advertised as being for kids, it must be though. Also the sequin exterior only has sequins along one side of the bag, FYI.
