Q: will it fit on a 212cc predator engine

Yes it will fit the Predator 6.5 HP 212cc engine. You will have to get set screws though the clutch doesn't come with them.

Q: Is there any bi directional clutches that mount with the sprocket on the motor side?

I bought this and I was able to mount it backwards with the sprocket on the motor side. Works fine.

Q: Will it fit a 420cc engine?

No. I believe those have 1 inch shafts

Q: does the clutch have set screws as well as bolt in end of shaft?

Mine came with set screws but I had to purchase a bolt and washer kit.
