Great question! The key here is that we’ve only used the grass component of both the barley and the wheat: gluten is only found within the seed kernels of these species. For additional peace of mind, this product has been third-party tested and was determined to be gluten-free.

Q: One serving of your product is equal to how many servings of greens?

Because there is such a variety of vitamins and minerals from a wide variety of greens in this product, I don't think this can be answered. By reading the label, you can assess if this product has the vitamins and minerals you are looking for, and then compare that to a serving of kale or spinach, or beet greens, etc.

Q: Does anyone know the orac units per serving?
