Q: How many cookies can it hold?

The box is a 3inch cube, so it depends on the thickness of your cookies. I'm guessing maybe 5.

Q: Do these fit a normal size cupcake?

They worked perfect for my cupcake size cherry tarts

Q: Can a jumbo cupcake fit in the box?

The boxes hold a regular size with plenty of room to spare and I generously ice my cupcakes so I am inclined to think the diameter of a jumbo cupcake will fit. Of course, the height of the cupcake will vary depending on the dome and amount of icing. The box is 3” square so I would recommend measuring a frosted jumbo cupcake to make sure it is less than than 3” in diameter and height.
