Q: Can anyone tell me how we set this up with an Xbox for my son? The mic doesn’t seem to work and YouTube videos are proving useless. Many thanks

I couldn't get it to work either, I ended up sending it back.

Q: Does it work with ps5

Spoke to my sons and it should work but think it might be an amp. But much simpler and cheaper to get a decent headset when using with a console…… Podcasts yes…. PS5…… not so sure it’s best option.

Q: Condenser mic doesn't work with my laptop though it says plug and play

I'm not 100% sure, but it can be due to the windows 11 drivers. In my case it was working on windows 10 but stopped working on windows 11 after I've upgraded. I've made a clean windows 11 installation and it fixed my issue.
