Natural Factors, BioCoenzymated Active B Complex, 60 Capsules (60 Servings)

Not sure if I was B deficient or not, but started taking these since I read it'a hard to overdo it -- it helps me with steady energy all day long- no longer feel a need to nap. I do get tired earlier in the evening but I sleep so deeply and wake up refreshed. My 9 year old is taking them too. I don't taste them much, goes down easy.Higher price than I'd like BUT I love that it all comes from real food, so it's worth it, especially since I don't eat all those foods lol. Repeat buyer

Big fan of Natural Factor products and Active B Complex is no exception. Not sure if I feel any different, so why continue taking them? Well, I don't feel any worse and the potential benefits outweigh the $10 a month or so cost, so it's worth giving them a try for a year.

Can’t live without them! Literally the only type of B Complex vitamins that I can take.. all other types and brands make me nauseous, gaggy, or sick to my stomach. (With the exception of Some sublingual type)I take these for stress and brain fog . Recommended dose is 1 capsule, I take 2 when life is Abnormally stressful. These B vitamins are already broken down, ‘co-enzymated’ To be used by the body for hundreds of functions, if one can’t break down B vitamins, they can’t be used by the body. I find these highly effective!
