Great little product, great for rehabilitation,grip strength. I use my Gripper three times a week. I'm 80 and I have osteoarthritis in my hands. This device used on a regular schedule will keep your hand and forearms strong. Adjustable is the key, I use about 30 pounds, but you can start at 11 pounds and work up. This is my second Gripper,but it lasted almost 10 years

The AIXPI Grip Strength Trainer works really well. It’s sturdy, comfortable to hold, and easy to adjust. I like that I can use it anywhere, even while sitting at my desk. After using it regularly, my grip feels stronger, and my hands don’t get tired as quickly. For a simple, affordable tool, it does exactly what it promises.

Solid product. My son carries it around with him and uses it periodically. Ability to change the tension of it makes it nice for different levels.

I am recovering from reverse shoulder replacement surgery. This hand grip is perfect for helping me regain my hands strength. It is perfect for my grip and it that’s my hand comfortably so that I can squeeze and increase my hand strength

At first, I thought the product was flawed because it kept making a disturbing noise every time I used it. However, after some time, it started working very well and I like it very much so this is a very good product.

This really helps too strengthen hand and forearm, great strong quality, low price and isn't cheaply made

Easy to use and adjust grip/strength trainer. I found the adjustment (5 - 60kg) somewhat off. I didn't feel much difference between the low and high ends. There are thin rubber pads attached on the sides that you grab on to, but it was a little uncomfortable using them. When gripping the skin seems to stretch. Softer pads would be a great improvement. Overall an OK value for the money.

This works as I have a strained grip in my hands. I have this in the lowest easy setting and can feel a difference after using it now for about 4 weeks. I am very happy with the quality this is made and my results so far using it about 3 times per week. My therapist suggested this for me for physical therapy and he is right. It is a slow gradual non hurting way to grow strength in hand and fingers. Glad I ordered it and very happy it is making a difference in how I can navigate my day. My one hand I can go to squeeze it to the end and my other hand is about halfway now compared to when I started I could barely squeeze it at all. I like the various tensions u can try to do better.

Excelente herramienta para ejercitar la mano. Perfecto para rehabilitación de roturas o esguinces. O en general para fortalecer mano y brazos.
