Yes I'm a female 74, it was very easy

Q: What size are the screws? Mine didn't come with hardware, and the book says M4x40mm but the photo shows a point screw not a flat one

Don’t remember what the screws looked like. Get a course drywall screw.

Q: does anyone know where i can get the bins to fit inside the shelves

They are sold on Amazon. I purchased a pack of 6. Search for fabric bins.
