Not having to replace a battery is very handy and I presume it will last as makers claim.Looks fine in it position.

Screwed up
I would have liked to give 5* but although there were two smoke alarms there was only fittings for one. Luckily hubby has a garage full of (useful) stuff and could find fittings for the other.

Red light doesn't work
Easy enough to install but red light doesn't work so we don't know if it's working unless we test it

Battery will last for 10 years
Very good process to activate it and very good to have a button on it to manage the device.

Fiddly to fix to ceiling
Won’t know if the battery lasts 10 years? Units fine but very fiddly to get up to ceiling
