Do not allow your children to look at the sun (or the eclipse) while wearing these glasses.
I'll reiterate what another reviewer on here has posted. Do not purchase these and if you already have then DO NOT PUT THEM ON YOUR CHILDREN. Looking at the sun thru the glasses that I received would result in permanent eye damage or blindness, if you look at the sun long enough with these on.The oracle child glasses that I received let in far too much light and actually hurt to look at the sun compared with other glasses that we have purchased, both on Amazon and at Astronomy stores.I've initiated a return request, but may just wind up destroying them so that they are not resold to another family and have someone else have their children's vision be permanently damaged.Purchase different glasses for your children. I'm searching for another type/vendor myself at this point after testing these glasses.Sorry for the negative review, but this is important!

DO NOT PLACE THESE ON YOUR CHILDREN!
Please DO NOT PUT THESE ON YOUR CHILDREN!!! They DO NOT work. These are not of equal quality to the adult sets we purchased. You can see normal lights right through them, and looking at the sun isn't even possible. Please do NOT put these on your children for the eclipse!

Not sure if they are really ISO certified
After reading an article from NASA (it won't let me link it here) stating that there are a lot of unsafe glasses being sold, I don't think these pass the test. The packaging has the ISO logo, but not the required ISO information, and does not list the name of the manufacturer anywhere, nor the address.(NASA recommends these be listed, and favors US companies). It says Made in China. So I guess I will be returning them.

Do not purchase this item
I answered a question on the adult version of these glasses regarding "welder shade 14." I do not think these are safe or suitable for anyone to use, for any purpose. Too much visible light transmission. I tried them just now, and could not look @ the bright thing in the sky for longer than 1 second. I am a welder by profession, I look at very bright things through shaded glass for a living. These glasses are bad product and very misleading. You should not be able to see anything.....

NOT ISO certified
Product said it was ISO certified but the ISO number never appeared on the product itself. The manufacturer was also never listed on NASAs list of safe suppliers. Don't risk your children's eyes! Anyone can place a logo on the packaging and claim it is certified but please check with reputable sources to confirm it is.

Not using for eclipse!
Very disappointed. I originally purchased for my kids to use. Although the product description online said the glasses meet the current ISO standard, this is NOT printed anywhere on the actual glasses or packaging. I ended up throwing these away, they are not worth the risk! Make sure to purchase solar filters from the approved NASA or AAS list. Sorry, can't post the link on reviews.

I tried the glasses before I let my children use them, everything was black until I found the sun and was able to look directly at it with no issues I would recommend buying this product for you kids in order to see the eclipse on August 21st.

Dangerous
Do not buy this product. It lets way too much light through. This should not be allowed to be sold.
