Q: If you put it in hot tea will it kill off what makes it useful ?

It won’t kill it off, but it may make it less effective since you’re diluting “the good stuff”.

Q: The honey arrived 12/2021 and expires 1/2022. Can I please recieve a newer honey?

I received the same thing from this company. It wasn't through Amazon but this was the same Onuku Manuka honey. I ordered it in and received it in December and it expires 1-22. Now I can't find a web site for them!

No added sugar, just 100% pure and natural honey.

Q: How many servings are in the 17 ounce jar

The jar is 500 Grams. One teaspoonful is about 7 Grams. This means that there are approximately 71 teaspoonsfull of honey in the jar. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon therefore there are approximately 24 tablespoonsfull if your servings are 1 tablespoonful in size. Personally I use 1 teaspoonful per day 4-6 times a week and my jar lasts about 3-4 months.
