I was skeptical that an oral supplement with such common ingredients could possibly tighten my gums and strengthen my bite. But against all reason this works! One caveat: like most supplements, the effects are cumulative. Meaning it's the build-up of these minerals in your system that works, so you must take it consistently. If you slack of even a little, it'll be like starting all over again.

I have issues with receding gums and hoped this product would help. Within 3 weeks all of my teeth started aching. I thought " it must be working" so I kept taking the capsules. Then my gums started to bleed when I brushed and flossed my teeth. I still thought " it has to bleed a bit while my gums grow back". Well no, because the last week I took these pills, not only were my teeth hurting, my jaw, cheek bones and temples were too. I had to go to the dentist. She told me I had TMJ. Inflammation of my jaw/joint. Horrible pain. I was unable to sleep, eat or drink anything cold or sweet. I have been on antibiotics for a week. I feel better now. I am still tender, but I don't need pain medicine anymore. Please don't buy this supplement!!! It is poison.
