I have gone through countless pillows over the last few years. I spent a lot of money on several sets of goose down, feather, and goose down alternatives, just to realize that they are not that great. I was waking up with my arms and hands numb, shoulder pain, and neck pain. I have a Tuft & Needle mattress, so I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. They are amazingly comfortable, no matter which position I sleep. I will say that I usually do sleep on my stomach. I haven't slept this well in years. My dog gives them 5 out of 5 borks.

At the time of writing this review, I've only had the pillow for about a month, I am also a back/side sleeper and 6'1 250 with what I'd say are fairly broad shoulders.It's honestly somewhat hard to describe this pillow since it's the first of it's kind that I've used. It's very soft to a certain point, but not soft to the point where it just gives in without any resistance. Of course after a certain point it becomes firm but not rock hard when the foam compresses. Firm enough to sleep on my side while also being soft enough to sleep on my back and provide support for my head/neck.I bought this pillow about a week after buying the bed since my previous pillows didn't feel right anymore.It did have a slight smell after opening it, but it only lasted about a day, and it wasn't bad enough that I smelled it through my pillowcase while sleeping. The first few nights took a bit of getting used to, my old setup had me using 2 pillows, a larger soft one and a thinner hard one with the hard one angled downward so that my shoulders could rest on it while sleeping. So when I switched, it was a completely different feeling.At first I was regretting my purchase since I couldn't find a comfortable position, the issue was that I was still trying to get my shoulders to rest on the pillow which raised my neck and head too high. After getting used to the pillow though, I can confidently say that I do not regret purchasing it at all. I cannot say whether or not this is a great value or anything since this is my first pillow above $30, but that's still fine, the pillow provides enough comfort and support for me.

I've been using this pillow for 5 months now. I originally wasn't sure I was going to keep this pillow as I am a side sleeper, who has to also sleep inclined due to health issues. I struggle even know at times to get comfortable on my side with this pillow, while inclined. That said though this pillow from day one was the closest in feel to my old pillow that I had for 6 years. Which meant that laying on it was so comfortable, that I didn't immediately write it off, as I did the multiple other pillows before buying this one.An example of how well this pillow works for me, is when my boyfriend accidentally put his pillow case on it. One day I washed all the bedding and my boyfriend remade the bed as he was going to bed before me. We use different pillowcases to separate our pillows as his are uncomfortable for me. Well that day I ended up not being able to get comfortable on "my pillow" and could only sleep on "his". I thought okay maybe I'm just needing comfort and went to sleep. This went on for a week before I realized that "his pillow" was actually my T&N pillow. I had spent a week thinking I was sleeping on his when it was mine the whole time, and I knew I wouldn't be able to get rid of this pillow as I literally couldn't sleep on others.What makes this pillow great for me that it's a good medium feeling firmness. My head doesn't sink so I don't feel like the pillow will smother me as I'm laying on it. It rarely gets hot. I usually only find it hot at all when I'm having a lot of inflammation in my neck or a fever. Most days it feels the perfect temperature. The pillowcase it comes with. While I use a silk pillowcase on it, the case on it is so nice I actually don't to have a pillowcase on it if I don't want to. This is the only pillow that I can recall using in my life that I could stand not having a case on. I also feel like this pillow does help with keeping my neck and shoulder issues from getting worse. At times it even feels like it might be helping them to recover quicker. It's a pillow so I don't expect it will completely fix an issue that is Medical like a disc issue in my neck.The only 2 things I don't love about this pillow are the price, and that even after 5 months I struggle to get comfortable on my side while inclined. If I'm inclined and on my back or laying non-inclined on my side I can get to sleep almost immediately. Overall this pillow is a solid solution for me and I do intend to get more, when they are on sale.

For all you side sleepers, this is THE pillow. After years of churning through pillows - cheap ones, expensive ones and everything in between - our pillow search has come to an end. My husband and I - both side sleepers - love this pillow. (I bought one for myself and when my husband kept stealing it, I bought one for him.) It may be too much to say it's perfect but, if it's not, it's very close. Our heads are evenly aligned, with just enough give as to not be too hard but definitely enough comfortable structure as to not bee too soft. We are so happy with these we may even take them when we travel. (We think an extra suitcase just may be worth it!)

I read the reviews that said the solid pillow was soft, but this is Goose Down soft. Too soft for us.

This is the most amazing pillow I’ve EVER Bought. I have neck and back issues feeling how soft it was I thought it wasn’t going to work well. I’ve slept the best I have in years . Thank you thank you.I will be buying more :) I can’t say enough about it
