For first time use test rolling on your hand to get used to the precision resistance before proceeding to your target areas. Once comfortable with the technique, try the derma roller with light touch on the desired area and progress to pressing as firm as possible. Note that your skin will commonly feel warm & tight while remaining rosey for a few minutes after use. Allow least 6 weeks to see maximum results.
