....Finally ! Wuloo offered a No-Time limit on the Monitor !!! Just what I needed ! Works Great....A bit of back ground noises when we speak but nothing to worry about ! Love it !!!!

Got 2 of these for my granny flat for my elderly parents and my house. They find it easy to use and I like that it’s like a phone call rather than a walkie talkie style intercom. I had a faulty microphone on one when it arrived, however after speaking with customer service, they replaced it immediately. Awesome service & very appreciative of their quick resolution to the problem.

been using this wireless intercom system in our 3-story house, and it’s been a total game-changer for communication in our home. With kids often upstairs and my office in the basement, yelling up and down the stairs was getting old fast. This intercom solved that instantly. Setup was super easy—just plug it in and go. The signal strength is excellent, even across all three floors. There’s no noticeable lag or static, and the audio comes through clearly. I especially appreciate the group call function, which lets me speak to the entire house at once when it's time for dinner or if we’re heading out. The design is sleek and compact, and it blends in nicely with the home decor. Each unit has a decent speaker and mic, and the buttons are simple to use, even for the kids. Overall, if you live in a multi-level home I would highly recommend this

Product was easy to set up Out of the box it was already configured for the two devices. There are several reasons I only gave it four stars: 1. I would suggest that the manual have a section that stated "To make a call". Then just state the process, such as, Press the CODE number of the unit you wish to call, then press CALL button. I spent over 20 minutes trying to locate this information and thinking the configuration was incorrect, I also went through the programming process only to find it was all correct. I finely found a long explanation in "How to test your system" section on how to place a call. Not in an obvious place to look for how to make a call. 2. I purchased this unit mainly to monitor a bedroom. What I discovered was it has an annoying beep which cycles every minute or so. It began to annoy the person I was monitoring and they started pushing buttons to try and shut it off. So it would be nice to have the ability to turn off the beep while monitoring. 3. Microphone sensitivity is low and you have to be pretty close to the unit for it to pick up the persons voice. So increasing the microphone sensitivity would be nice. 4. A battery backup would be nice so I could setup CALL monitoring with the master (Code1) unit in hand in the room being monitored. and then press the CALL button on the monitored unit (Code 2) to activate call monitoring. This would save the extra process of having to walk to the room being monitored and press the CALL button. In my situation I have the main unit (Code 1) in my craft shed, so I need to walk back to the house then press the CALL button on the bedroom unit (Code 2) to activate the monitoring. Not too convenient. Customer service was very good and they responded within 24 hours.

Had a problem with one of the two units after just a few months (microphone stopped working). I contacted Wuloo immediately and they replaced my phone immediately. Very good service !
