Q: Every time I flush my toilet, water backups in shower will this work if I use it in shower to take out blockage?

It worked for me! I am a single mom and no training other than google. My toilet would bubble when taking a shower and water would back up in shower. Overnight and got it done! A friend told me that you can take a plastic bottle that fits in toilet and cut the end off of bottle. The mouth of bottle wide enough for auger to fit through. This will protect toilet from getting scratched if you can not get the clog through the shower.

Q: How do I get a replacement cable? Mine is bent.

I would think any tool rental company would have something to fit. They repair tools that they rent out so if they don't have they probably know who would.
